PIEFA Food & Fibre Card Game | Mapping Australia’s Seafood Production

Developed the collaboration between the Fisheries Research and Development Corporation (FRDC) and Primary Industries Education Foundation Australia (PIEFA), the PIEFA Food & Fibre Card Game | Mapping Australia’s Seafood Production resource allows students to to explore a range of wild catch and aquaculture industries in Australia by matching selected examples to the states and territories where they are commonly produced.

By participating in an engaging, hands-on card game, students will learn about the geographical significance of seafood production in Australia’s states and territories. Additionally, they will gain an understanding of technologies, sustainable practices, and careers involved in the wild catch and aquaculture industries.
