SFIRP | Career Q&A Sessions – Water Farming Digital Learning Kit

Water Farming

This suite of resources explores careers in the Aquaculture or Water Farming industries. The three videos consider the production of food fibre within water systems as opposed to on land. The videos provide insights from a mussel farmer, oyster farmer and aquaculture nutritionist. Each video discusses improvements in production and sustainability and provides an overview of each career. The videos are a useful accompaniment for lessons on production, sustainability and careers within aquaculture.

This Digital Learning Kit resource contains:

  • 3 Videos
  • 1 Worksheets PDF

Water Farming Digital Learning Kit – Worksheets

The Water Farming Student Worksheet is designed to be used in conjunction with the videos. These worksheets give students the opportunity to answer questions about the videos, create a job description for a role and research agricultural careers in greater detail.
