Robotic Farming
The use of robotics provides a new and novel approach to food and fibre production. These exciting and innovative production systems showcase the inventiveness of engineers and entrepreneurs challenging thoughts around production. This series of videos demonstrates the adoption of robotics in food and fibre production helping students make the connection between engineering and agriculture. They highlight some the commonalities between system thinking in engineering and agriculture. They include content on the use of robots in fruit picking and and provide examples of working on a fully automated dairy farm.

This series of Career Q&A videos forms part of a suite of resources promoting careers within agriculture. Three candidates are interviewed and asked the same series of questions about their careers in agriculture. The videos can either be watched individually, depending on the topic, or all three of the videos can be watched together.
