Free ‘ready-to-teach’ cross-curricular Foundation to Year 12 school resources using the most current Australian red meat and livestock industry information. Linked to the Australian Curriculum 9.0, students will learn about on-farm practices, the supply chain, and marketing and nutrition, with a focus on sustainability as a cross-curriculum priority.

Australian Good Meat Education is a Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) industry-led school education program with resources created using the Primary Industries Education Foundation Australia expertise. Each year-band lesson suite includes an overview, six lessons, student activities and a teacher instructional video. There’s also a range of engaging and educational supplementary materials, including posters with paired, short student activities.

Educate students with current, contextual, evidence-based content about the red meat supply chain, animal care, sustainable production, technology and innovation, and red meat nutrition.
