Investigating Australian Approaches to Producing Fish, Seafood and Meat
This unit consists of a pdf resource and two supporting videos. It has five inquiry teaching sequences about how food and fibre is produced, processed and brought to consumers. The unit encourages students to investigate new and existing practices used to produce meat, seafood and fish. Students are given an insight into ways primary producers in the fisheries, beef and lamb, pork and chicken industries produce, process and bring their products to consumers.
We need your feedback. When you have completed this unit please tell us what you think via the online survey . We will regularly update the units and your feedback will help PIEFA keep the resources current and relevant to teachers.
