Agriculture Celebrity Heads Game
Agriculture Celebrity Heads Game
Through this activity, students will develop knowledge and understanding of living things that have been selected and developed for agricultural enterprises and explain why they are suited to Australian environments and/or developed for specific markets.
Students will participate in an adapted version of the ‘Celebrity Heads” game to identify structures and functions of plants and animals produced in agriculture. Students will relate the selection, classification, survival, and reproduction of living things to judgements on ethical, secure, sustainability and marketing factors in Australian agricultural enterprises. Groups will consolidate their answers using a dichotomous key to classify correct answers from each team on each specific agricultural organism featured in the game.
