National Ag Day 2025

At PIEFA, it’s #AgDayAU every day — but November 21 is when we celebrate big!

On 21 November 2025, we’re inviting schools across Australia to join us in recognising the vital role our primary industries play in feeding us, clothing us, and providing the fibres, timber and natural resources we rely on every day.

This year, PIEFA is expanding its Ag Day program to help teachers bring agriculture to life in meaningful, curriculum-aligned ways.

The 2025 National Ag Day Program Includes:

FREE DIGITAL RESOURCE

Together at the Table: The people behind Australia’s food and fibre.

A cross-industry, curriculum-aligned learning resource, available for download on Primezone now.

Celebrate Australia’s food and fibre industries with PIEFA’s engaging, Australian Curriculum-aligned resources designed for National Ag Day 2025.

These primary and secondary classroom materials support teachers and students in exploring food and fibre from paddock to plate. Through inquiry and design activities, students investigate where their food and fibre products come from, how healthy and sustainable choices are made, and the diverse careers that contribute to Australia’s food and fibre industries.

Each resource includes ready-to-use lessons, student activities, and links to trusted industry and career platforms to help teachers create meaningful, real-world learning experiences.
