PIEFA’s National Ag Week 2022!

PIEFA has created a week-long series of events and resources to engage teachers and students in Australian food and fibre education. Scroll down to find out more about our free activities.

It might be the official celebration on November 18, but at PIEFA, we celebrate National Ag Day every day! Primezone is the home of more than 600 curriculum-aligned food and fibre education resources – available all year round.

Food and fibre producers and industry representatives will be online to provide information on the diverse range of opportunities available to young people in the primary industries. Students, carers and educators are invited to attend these sessions that will highlight different career pathways in agriculture.

We’ve created a primary and secondary Digital Teacher Kit to celebrate National Ag Day 2022! These PDF’s contain step-by-step guidelines to implement a variety of food and fibre Farmer Time lessons into your classroom. They include Farmer Time videos, student activities and worksheets.
